Atlas Flavours are Tom D, Tom B, and Martyn B. Friends from school and University, we grew up together with a shared passion for food, travel, and trying new things. The three of us were fortuntate enough to spend time travelling and working overseas in our younger years, but we always loved meeting up again over the summer and Christmas to share the recipes we’d sampled while away. This seemingly all came to an end in 2020, when the pandemic forced us all to stay at home. Although we could not longer travel or meet up in person, we stayed in touch by sending small gifts through the post with new herb and spice mixes, with new recipe ideas to try at home (there wasn’t much else to do, remember)! We then thought how great it would be to share that fun and sense of adventure for food and flavour more widely…Atlas Flavours was born.
